acceptable house edge, and some are not. Stay away
from the long shots and you should do better.

about your issue in your first letter to support so
they don't have to write you back and ask for your account
number or the game, date and rough time estimate you had
the problem so they know where to start looking. All info
should be presented in as clear and short manner as
possible.
